Occassionally I send out an update email about new assemblies. Rest assured you won't be bombarded. I understand you are busy enough already, and you can opt out at anytime.
I only send out emails when there is something new to offer school staff or if I am giving away something for free for a special events such as Holocaust Week, Book Day, The Olympics or Remembrance Day.
